Update or amend my Find a Provider Listing

Optos is happy to provide a way for new and existing patients to find you and take advantage of all your investment in optomap ultra-widefield retinal imaging can provide to them. Your Find a Provider listing on optos.com and optomap.com are the best ways for someone visting our websites, to find your practice(s). If your information needs updating or is simply not showing up, please send an email to support@optos.com and one of our customer care representatives will be in touch with you to ensure your patients can find you.

I need to move or relocate my device

Suppose you moved or added an exam lane and you need to relocate your Optos device. Our fully-trained field service team can relocate your Optos device within your practice or to an alternate location. Please bear in mind that additional fees may apply for this service. Your Optos device was an investment you made in yourself and for your patients, please contact us to start the conversation prior to attempting to move the device on your own.
