Access and Password Reset for OptosCloud
I need to access my OptosCloud account
OptosCloud is the cloud-based storage solution for eyecare professionals utilizing OptosAdvance. It enables your data to be secure and safe, while making it more accessible from anywhere.
In order to access OptosCloud, please click on the correct region-specific URL, below.
For customers in the United States, please use URL: https://cloud.optos.com.
For practices in Canada, please use URL: https://ca.cloud.optos.com.
I forgot my OptosCloud password
If you forgot your OptosCloud password please follow the instructions below. Please note, that if you attempt to access OptosCloud and incorrectly enter your password 3 times in a 5-minute period, the account will be locked.
- Navigate to Settings
- Select User Management
- Select Accounts
- Select the locked account by checking the box beside their name and click Lock on the menu at the bottom of the screen to unlock the account
- Select Edit to update the password
